OIC-VET Partners Database, a special database sited in the OIC-VET Portal with the aim of providing information on potential partners who are able and keen to effectively participate in the implementation of projects within the various projects of the OIC-VET Programme, has finally been released. The OIC-VET Partners Database constitutes an optimised virtual pool in which all registered OIC-VET Partners will come together with the aim of facilitating the process of matching their capacities and defining their needs in the related areas of activities in order to effectively plan and implement OIC-VET projects.

The dynamic character of the OIC-VET Partners Database allows the registration of bodies by following a guide in which they can enter/add/update/delete any details related to their fields of activities as well as on their profiles. Accordingly, users of the database will be able to find the available matching partners in other OIC Member Countries as well as field of activity.

The OIC-VET Partners are those bodies, in the public and private sectors, whose areas of activities are of significant contribution to the development and competitiveness of the economies of the OIC Member Countries and keen to effectively participate in project implementations within the framework of the OIC-VET Programme. The following organizations/entities are the potential partners of the OIC-VET Programme:

• Enterprises, industrial companies, SMEs,
• Business world, chambers, stock exchanges,
• VET institutions, centres, universities,
• Research centres and institutes,
• Local administrations, municipalities,
• NGOs and other civil society organisations.
