Postal Services Capacity Building Programme (PS-CaB)

Technology plays a prominent role in the development of various industries. The postal services sector is, no doubt, directly influenced by technology. Therefore, it is very important for the postal administrations to support and develop their services by using the latest technologies and methods to meet all kinds of multilateral service needs in today’s world.

In this connection, SESRIC launched the Postal Services Capacity Building Programme (PS-CaB) in 2013, to increase cooperation and enhance the capacities of the human resources in the OIC Member States to ensure the delivery of diversified postal services reliably and expeditiously with maximum service quality.
Questionnaire and Terms of Reference (ToR) Files

SESRIC urges all national postal services in the OIC Member States to participate in the Postal Services Capacity Building Programme. The valuable participation of national institutions will help SESRIC to effectively plan and implement capacity building training activities which will play an important role in the improvement of human capital in the OIC Member States.
