The 4^th Islamic Conference of Labour Ministers (ICLM) will be held in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on 29-30 November 2017, in line with the relevant resolution of the 43^rd Session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers.

At the top of the agenda for the conference will be, among other things, the adoption of the OIC Labour Market Strategy and the execution of the Youth Employment Support (YES) Programme which aimed at supporting operations that can lead to employment generation and building capacity for skills adjustment for jobs market.
