SESRIC signed MoU with ICRIC

SESRIC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Islamic Chamber Research and Information Centre (ICRIC) on 16 January 2018 in Tehran, Islamic Republic of Iran to reinforce their collaborative efforts and commitments towards organizing joint research, training and consultation for the development of OIC Member Countries.

The MoU aims to provide a general framework to develop cooperation and collaboration between the two institutions in the areas of common interest under their mandates so as to facilitate the attainment of the goals of both Centers with a view to enhancing cooperation among the Member Countries of the OIC.

According to the MoU, the parties shall exchange technical and administrative assistance in the matters of common interest and share information to benefit from each other’s experiences, resources and expertise with respect to best practices.

Moreover, the parties shall support each other for both ongoing and potential training programs, seminars, congresses, conferences, workshops and other activities, including activities under Islamic Tourism, Halal World as well as exchanging statistics regarding the intra-OIC and OIC member states trade and investment with the world.
