Within the framework of the OIC International Internship Program (OIC Intern), an orientation training program was held on 18 May 2019 in Istanbul, Turkey with the participation of 95 international students from the various OIC Member States studying in Turkey.

The main focus of the orientation programme was to introduce the OIC Intern Programme to the selected students and provide information on the corporate culture, productive working and instructions on the first aid in the workplace.

The internship will provide an opportunity to the students to gain practical and on-the-job experiences by engaging in the daily business environment of the public, for-profit or nonprofit originations based in Turkey.

The OIC International Internship Program is an initiative launched by SESRIC in 2017 in cooperation with the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and Ensar Foundation, as well as other partners.
