|Training Course on ‘Occupational Security and Health Structures’|

Within the framework of SESRIC’s Occupational Safety and Health Capacity Building Programme (OSHCaB), SESRIC organized a training course on "Occupational Security and Health Structures” on 29 June-3 July 2020.
The course was conducted through a video conferencing platform and applied interactive approaches for the benefit of 40 work inspectors from the Ministry of Public Service, Labor, Administrative Reform and Social Protection of Togolese Republic. The training course was provided by a competent expert/ trainer from the Tunisian Occupational Health and Safety Institute (TOSHI).
The course provided insights on the standards, principles and approaches of occupational security and health structures. The participants developed their knowledge on the various types of relationships between the different structures involved in the management of occupational safety and health in the companies.
The training course was designed in line with the virtual training solutions undertaken by SESRIC in order to better serve utilization of the Centre’s training activities and keep participants motivated and engaged during this time of global crisis due to COVID-19.
