Within the capacity building component of the “Reverse Linkage Project between Sudan and Turkey”, a training was organized for the benefit of the Africa City of Technology (ACT) on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Design on 24-31 March 2019.

The main aim of the training was to equip the ACT staff on how to apply ERP solutions into the business process of techno-parks and to increase their knowledge on the ERP System implementations which have been customized to suit the business needs of a technology incubator and techno-parks in Turkey.

The main objective of the “Reverse Linkage Project between Sudan and Turkey” is to promote technology localization in Sudan and, in particular, to enhance the capacities of ACT in the area of technology incubation. ACT was established in Khartoum in 2008 to encourage development and investment in various fields of technology.

Following the completion of the project, ACT will be able to provide effective support to research and start-up companies, contributing this way to the human and economic development of Sudan and as a hub, to the other African countries.
