The General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in collaboration with the United Nations, has announced the opening of registration for the 6^th UN World Data Forum 2026 (UNWDF 2026), which will be held on 9–12 November 2026 in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Forum will bring together representatives of governments, National Statistical Offices (NSOs), international and regional organisations, academia, civil society and the private sector to exchange knowledge and discuss emerging practices and innovations in data and official statistics. Its thematic areas will address innovation for more inclusive data, maximising the use and value of data for decision-making, data protection and ethics, and effective partnerships for a more equitable data ecosystem.
