SESRIC Research Seminar on ‘Street Living Children and Street Working Children in OIC Countries’

SESRIC organised a Research Seminar to discuss the situation of street children and street children workers in OIC Countries. The event took place on 25 January 2018 at SESRIC Headquarters in Ankara, Turkey.

The purpose of the seminar was to share the outcomes of a latest SESRIC study titled: “Situational Analysis of Street Living Children and Street Working Children in OIC Countries”.

The event provided a platform for academics, policy-makers and experts in the field to discuss the major causes and challenges street children face in an attempt to formulate policies that are feasible and effective in dealing with the street children phenomena at the OIC level.
