H.E. Zehra Zümrüt SELÇUK held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Dr. Walid ABDELWAHAB of the IsDB Regional Hub in Türkiye. The meeting aimed to reinforce the long-lasting partnership between the two OIC institutions.

The discussions centred on the role of SESRIC and IsDB in fostering socio-economic development for the OIC countries over the years. The collaboration between the two OIC institutions has led to the organisation of joint activities, project implementations and outcome reports.

H.E. SELÇUK underscored the undertaken collaborations between SESRIC and IsDB through IsDB Reverse Linkage Projects and their significance in fostering South-South cooperation and addressing the specific needs of the OIC countries.

In turn, H.E. Dr. ABDELWAHAB emphasised on enriching the long-standing cooperation between IsDB and SESRIC to achieve shared vision for the socio-economic development of OIC countries.

The meeting ended with both parties renewing the commitment between SESRIC and IsDB to explore new potential areas of cooperation.
