SESRIC paid a courtesy visit to Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University and held a meeting with Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Abdullah YILDIZ and Prof. Dr. Mustafa ORÇAM as well as Prof. Dr. Hüseyin TUTAR, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences to explore potential collaboration opportunities between the two institutions.

During the visit, SESRIC provided a brief overview of its mandate and activities and emphasised the Centre’s willingness to collaborate with the University on mutual areas of interest for the benefit of the OIC Member Countries. SESRIC invited the University to encourage its international students to participate in the SESRIC Emerging Talents Capacity Building Programme (SET-CAB).

The visit ended with both sides expressing their willingness to pursue further cooperation opportunities as a follow-up to the meeting.
