SESRIC paid a courtesy visit to Middle East Technical University and held a meeting with Advisors to the Rector Prof. Dr Ömer DELİALİOĞLU and Dr Taner ZORBAY (Dean of Students) to explore potential collaboration opportunities between the two institutions.

At the outset of the meeting, SESRIC introduced the structures of the OIC and the Centre’s capacity building activities as well as the technical cooperation modalities. The meeting further explored potential collaboration for the international students studying at METU to participate in the SESRIC Emerging Talents Capacity Building Programme (SET-CAB).

Both parties showed a mutual interest in advancing cooperation efforts after the meeting through continued communication.
