SESRIC participated in the 7^th Meeting of the Lead Country Coordinators for the OIC Strategic Health Programme of Action (SHPA) and also the 15^th Meeting of the OIC Steering Committee on Health (SCH) held at the OIC General Secretariat in Jeddah on 10 and 11 September, respectively.

The Centre presented its ongoing activities and initiatives in the health domain, contributing to collective efforts in preparation for the 8th Islamic Conference of Health Ministers (ICHM), to be held on 7–9 October 2025 in Amman, Jordan.

The Centre also presented the Draft Technical Report on the Extension of OIC-SHPA and briefed on the OIC Health Portal, underlining its continued support to member countries. These deliberations contribute to the preparations for the upcoming ICHM in Amman.
