A SESRIC delegation, headed by H.E. Zehra Zümrüt SELÇUK, Director General, participated in the 9^th ACMOI, held at the OIC Headquarters in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on 10–11 December 2025. The meeting provided an important platform to strengthen coordination among OIC institutions and enhance their collective efforts to address the priority development needs of Member Countries.

H.E. SELÇUK presented the progress report of the Sub-Committee on Finance, Development, and Private Sector (FIDEPS), chaired by SESRIC. The report outlined key achievements and the implementation status of activities agreed upon during the 8th ACMOI in December 2024, reflecting SESRIC’s continued role in facilitating cooperation among Sub-Committee members.

On the first day, thematic technical committee meetings reviewed progress under the ACMOI Matrix for 2025, during which SESRIC’s strong performance and high implementation rate were widely acknowledged. The second day focused on proposed joint activities for 2026, ensuring alignment with the resolutions of the 15th Islamic Summit Conference and the 51st Council of Foreign Ministers. SESRIC presented a comprehensive set of proposed activities for 2026, complementing its ongoing initiatives across economic, social, and scientific fields.

Looking ahead, SESRIC remains committed to fostering strong partnerships and delivering impactful programmes that support the socio-economic development of OIC Member Countries. In line with the 2026 ACMOI Matrix, the Centre will continue contributing to the collective goals of the OIC and serving the Muslim Ummah with dedication.
