H.E. Zehra Zümrüt SELÇUK met with H.E. Amb. Hameed Ajibaiye OPELOYERU, Permanent Observer of the OIC to the United Nations, on the margins of 57^th Session of the UN Statistical Commission convened in New York.  

The meeting discussed ongoing cooperation and explored avenues to further advance socio-economic development across OIC countries through evidence-based policymaking.  

Discussions also highlighted the importance of strengthening intra-OIC collaboration through SESRIC’s work in statistics, research, and capacity-building.
