H.E. Zehra Zümrüt SELÇUK met with Ms. Mihoko KUMAMOTO of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) on the margins of the IsDB Group Annual Meetings in Baku on 18 June 2026.

The meeting explored opportunities for cooperation in capacity building, evidence-based policymaking and knowledge sharing. The discussions also highlighted the importance of making effective use of the UN–OIC Cooperation Meeting and its cooperation matrix.
