A SESRIC delegation headed by H.E. Zehra Zümrüt SELÇUK participated in the Training Course on Youth, Cultural Diplomacy and Leadership Development at the OIC General Secretariat in Jeddah on 3 September 2026, on the occasion of OIC Youth Day.

The course was organised by the OIC General Secretariat under the chairmanship of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Sport in its capacity as President of the Islamic Conference of Youth and Sports Ministers. Opening remarks were delivered by H.E. Ahmad AL-GHAMLAS of the Ministry of Sport and H.E. Ambassador Dr. Tarig Ali BAKHIET, OIC Assistant Secretary-General. The programme reviewed youth development, cultural diplomacy, leadership skills and the role of OIC institutions in youth empowerment.
