H.E. Zehra Zümrüt SELÇUK paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Ali YARLIKAYA, Minister of Interior of the Republic of Türkiye. The meeting explored avenues for collaborating and furthering joint projects between SESRIC and the Ministry within the OIC context.

The discussions between H.E. SELÇUK and H.E. YARLIKAYA encompassed various areas of potential collaboration, including capacity development programmes and exchange of technical expertise, to address challenges related to sustainable development and security in the OIC countries. Both parties underlined the importance of leveraging the OIC collective strength to address common challenges and achieve shared development objectives.

SESRIC has been actively engaged in developing policy-oriented statistics, research, training, and capacity building programs. Its vast experience in the field of international cooperation and its vision for inclusive growth has positioned it as a key advocate for sustainable development within the OIC community.

The meeting between H.E. SELÇUK and H.E. YARLIKAYA concluded with a significant step towards strengthening the cooperation within the OIC and will contribute to improving the outcomes for member countries.
