Within the framework of SESRIC Occupational Safety and Health Capacity Building Programme (OSH-CaB) and in collaboration with the Directorate General of Occupational Safety and Health (DGOSH) of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security of the Republic of Türkiye, SESRIC will organise a Webinar on “Safe Work in Construction Industry” on 29 July 2025 through an online video conferencing platform.

The webinar aims to raise awareness and support the implementation of the OSH practices to ensure safer working environments in the construction industry. It will highlight the critical importance of safety in construction, explore innovative approaches including digital tools to enhance site safety, and address the impact of environmental factors on workers’ well-being.

The webinar will cover the following key topics:

• Digitalising Safety in Construction.
• Climate Change and Thermal Stress in Construction.
