The Programme covers various public sectors from statistics, central banking, health to occupational health and safety. It involves collecting information from the relevant official authorities, assessing the needs and capacities of the member countries, twinning the provider and the receiver countries, implementing training through short - term courses or workshops, evaluating the outcomes and impacts of the training and disseminating the activities.
